Chicken Stew

This chicken stew is a delicious nigerian delicacy that is slightly spicy and made with well-cooked chicken. The tomatoes, bell peppers, spices, and other ingredients are blended together to create an eye-catching, red, flavorful dish that leaves you wanting more! Iodized salt, canola oil, hen, onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, habanero peppers, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, cayenne pepper, ginger powder.

Okra Soup

Okra soup is one of Nigeria's soup specialties that can be enjoyed with a variety of other dishes such as rice and fufu (pounded yam, oatmeal, semolina, plantain, and coco yam). This soup is packed with natural goodness that will satisfy your taste buds. Onions, salt, bell peppers, habanero peppers, kale, palm oil, cyan pepper, chicken bouillon, beef, mushrooms, okra.

Jollof Rice & Chicken

Jollof rice is a west african rice dish with a vibrant red-orange color created by frying the rice with tomato paste and pureed tomatoes. The several ingredients provide an aromatic smoky aroma, and the friend chicken serves as a side that complements the rice. Garlic, unsalted butter, thyme, onions, seasonings, salt, bay leaves, tomatoes, tomato paste, nutmeg, curry, chicken broth, canola oil, bone-in chicken drumstick, jollof rice, and granulated chicken bouillon.

Fried Rice and Chicken

Not spicy. This is one of Nigeria's main dishes. It's enjoyed by all families and for all events. Made with liver and mixed vegetables, this dish is served with rich flavors. Mixed vegetables, garlic, olive oil, salt, green peppers, beef liver, onions, green onion, rice, chicken.

Suya

All powdered ingredients are mixed smoothly and turned into a spicy reddish-orange consistency. Then it is rubbed onto the beef strips until it's covered. After it marinates, the beef is grilled and the end result is a smoky and juicy snack. Olive oil, granulated chicken bouillon, ginger powder, beef, roasted peanut powder, garlic, salt, onions, tomatoes, white pepper, paprika, onion powder, iodized salt, peanut, cayenne pepper.

Broccoli Alfredo

This broccoli alfredo consists of very few ingredients that are enough to make a great-tasting side dish that is creamy and smooth. Roasted garlic, parmesan, alfredo sauce, broccoli.

Peppered Snail

These Nigerian peppered snails, sautéed with peppers, onions, and garlic, make a fantastic finger food or appetizer that will leave you licking your fingers!

Food is amazing. I have ordered moimoi, jollof, efor riro, chicken/turkey stew and she cooked them all and it was delicious. She also gave me some samples of her fried fish and akara and they were all delicious. She is very cauttious when packing oily foods and I appreciate not having to clean my counters after delivery. Her prices are reasonable and she is always eager to make sure her customers are satisfied.
